Do you manage destination weddings?

How do I get a quote or schedule a consultation?

How do you handle unforeseen issues on the event day?
Our team has contingency plans for most scenarios — weather changes, technical issues, vendor replacements. On the event day, you’ll have a dedicated event-manager on-site to handle coordination and ensure everything runs smoothly.
What is your payment and cancellation policy?
We require a deposit to secure services and venue/date. Payment schedules will be included in your contract. Cancellation or postponement fees apply depending on how far in advance you make changes — please consult your agreement for details.
What about guest accommodation and transport?
We can coordinate guest accommodation, transport and logistics. Whether it’s hotel booking, guest pickup, or airport transfers — we’ll handle it as part of your event management plan if requested.
Are photography and videography included?
Yes. We offer professional photography and videography services. Packages differ by hours of coverage, number of photographers/videographers, and format (slow-motion, drone, live streaming). A detailed breakdown is provided in your quote.
What is included in the catering package?
Our catering packages include menu planning, food & beverages (veg/non-veg), service staff, table-setting, cutlery and basic décor. Custom menus (dietary restrictions/ethnic cuisine etc.) are also available on request.
Can I customise the décor and theme?
Absolutely! At SubharAmbhs we believe every event should reflect your unique style. We offer fully customisable themes, décor concepts and colour palettes — whether you prefer traditional, modern, rustic or fusion style.
How far in advance should I book?
For peak wedding season we recommend booking 6-12 months in advance to secure your preferred date and venue. For other events, 2-3 months is often sufficient, depending on the venue and services required.
