Welcome to Subh Aarambhs! This Booking Policy outlines the terms under which guests can reserve, modify, or cancel bookings for our wedding and event venues. By submitting an enquiry or confirming a booking, you agree to comply with these policies.

Reservation Process

To secure your date, a formal booking request must be submitted through our website or via direct communication with our event team. Confirmation of your booking is subject to availability and receipt of the required advance payment.

  • All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of an official confirmation email from our team.
  • Provisional bookings are held for up to 5 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Final booking details (guest count, setup, catering preferences) must be confirmed at least 14 days prior to the event.

Payments & Deposits

To confirm your booking, a non-refundable advance payment is required. Payment terms may vary depending on the package selected.

  • 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking.
  • The balance payment is due at least 15 days before the event date.
  • All payments must be made through approved channels mentioned in your invoice or booking confirmation.

Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy ensures fair handling for both parties:

  • Cancellation made 30 days or more before the event: 70% refund of the total booking amount (excluding the non-refundable advance).
  • Cancellation made 15–29 days before the event: 50% refund.
  • Cancellation made less than 14 days before the event: No refund.

Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 10–15 business days after written confirmation.

Rescheduling Policy

Bookings may be rescheduled once without additional charges if requested at least 14 days before the event, subject to date availability. A rescheduling fee may apply for last-minute changes.

Event Rules & Responsibility

All guests, vendors, and organizers are required to follow venue rules and safety guidelines. The event host is responsible for ensuring compliance by all attendees.

  • No outside catering or alcohol unless authorized in advance.
  • Decorations must not damage venue property.
  • Sound levels must comply with local regulations.
  • Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.

Venue Access & Usage

Access to the venue is provided during the time slots specified in your booking confirmation. Additional time may be charged at standard hourly rates.

  • Setup and dismantling time must be included in your booking duration.
  • Overtime charges may apply for extended usage.
  • The venue reserves the right to restrict entry beyond the booked period.

Liability & Damages

YourVenueName will not be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property. The client is liable for any damage caused by guests, vendors, or third parties during the event.

A refundable security deposit may be required to cover potential damages or additional cleaning.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other causes beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will offer to reschedule your booking to the next available date.

Changes to Booking Policy

We may update this Booking Policy periodically. Any updates will be reflected on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the updated policy.
